One of the best benefits of belonging to the Chamber is the opportunity to get together with other business people who understand the challenges of doing business in the Napa Valley.

Join us at one of our Mixers and connect with fellow Chamber members, residents, and town officials.  Our monthly Mixers feature a new location each month.  It’s a great way to build relationships in a fun 90-minute event.  Mixers are open to every employee of a member business, FREE!

Interested in hosting a networking mixer?

Want to bring more than 130 business members to your front door and showcase what you do and how you do it? Host one of our Networking Mixers to promote your business, generate leads, solidify relationships and gain tremendous visibility to the local business community.

We’re looking for vibrant venues to provide an exciting place where our dynamic members could gather and network.

HOST BENEFITS:

  • Company photo recognition as Event Host on the Chamber website
  • Company logo and link recognition as Event Host on the Chamber’s extensive email advertising campaign
  • Opportunity for two-minute presentation at your mixer
  • Copy of all business cards collected at your event
  • Company spotlight in the Chamber’s e-newsletter

HOSTING IS EASY:

The Chamber manages marketing, registration and check in for the event. We also provide the photographer to capture all the Mixer fun. We simply request that our hosts provide the following:

  • Hosts must be a current member of the Yountville Chamber of Commerce
  • Provide a facility to adequately accommodate 100 to 200 guests within reasonable standards of comfort, including some seating, cocktail tables, shade or umbrellas during the Summer
  • Provide adequate hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and at least two alcoholic beverages for each attendee
  • Up to 3 six-foot tables for registration, including seating
  • A/V capability for music during the Mixer and amplified sound during announcements
  • Adequate parking to accommodate guests
