WELCOME NEW MEMBER

Yountville Optimist Club

The Optimist Club of Yountville is a community-driven organization dedicated to creating positive local impact through service, collaboration, and optimism.

In just five months, the club has secured funding, launched successful grant initiatives, and raised more than $3,000 to support college, trade school, and summer camp scholarships for Napa Valley youth. Current programs focus on education, intergenerational connection, and community enrichment, including a biodynamic farming partnership with local schools and elders.

Be sure to submit it to the Yountville.com Event Calendar so it can be considered for inclusion in our February Events Blog, helping promote your business to both locals and visitors. To be featured, we encourage members to submit events by January 23. Events must be open to the public, take place at or feature a Yountville Chamber member business, and align with arts, entertainment, culture, or visitor-friendly experiences.

Hosting a mustard-themed event, special menu, tasting, or offer? We’d love to highlight those too — please be sure to note it in your submission or email us directly with details.

2026 Yountville Art & Mustard Celebration

Yountville International Short Film Festival Returns

The Yountville International Short Film Festival (YISFF) is back, bringing award-winning short films, filmmakers, and creative energy to the heart of Yountville. This highly anticipated festival celebrates storytelling from around the world while offering an intimate, walkable experience for film lovers and visitors alike.

Planning a stay? Participating hotel partners are offering special festival packages when guests book using the code FILMFEST2026, which includes two VIP tickets to the festival. Save the date: Mardi Gras Parade!

Plan your visit to Yountville during Mardi Gras Week 2026 (February 2–8) and experience a full week of themed menus, special events, and vibrant celebrations throughout town. The highlight of the week is the Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday, February 7, beginning at 1 PM, starting at Veteran’s Park. Businesses, residents, and community groups are encouraged to get involved and join the parade — while visitors are invited to line the streets, cheer, and soak in the fun.

After the parade, keep the celebration going at the Mardi Gras Block Party in North Yountville, where the Halloween Block Party is traditionally held. From approximately 2–4 PM, enjoy live music, activities for all ages, food, and North Yountville businesses selling products outside their storefronts. Pour Decisions #4 explores the fast-growing non-alcoholic wine market with Napa local and Libby Wines founder Grant Hemingway. Napa County CTE Stakeholder Meeting – February 5

Educators, employers, and community partners are invited to a Napa County Collaborative Stakeholder Meeting focused on Career Technical Education (CTE) on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 11:30 AM–1:30 PM at the Napa County Office of Education (2121 Imola Ave, Napa). The meeting will include a review of labor market trends, discussion on career pathways aligned with workforce needs, and a regional economic update from Robert Eyler, Professor of Economics at Sonoma State University. Lunch will be provided. RSVP by February 1, 2026.
