Meet Our Panel
Tauri Laws-Phillips
Tauri is an Austin based mother, comedienne and brand marketer. With over 10 years as an improviser and corporate facilitator, she practices the basic tenets of improv throughout her professional career with building cohesive teams, innovative ideation and precision execution. She has developed diversity and inclusion training for companies in multiple verticals with a focus on unconscious bias.
Justin Marquez (he/him)
Justin Marquez is a Community Development Manager at MCE, the local public agency that provides electric generation service for Yountville and the entire Napa Community. At MCE, he leads the program and community engagement for Napa residents and businesses as well as community advocate engagement through MCE’s Community Power Coalition. He also leads the agency’s internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team, helping MCE operationalize racial equity and belonging throughout all of MCE’s work.
Sarah Bettman
Sarah has two decades of experience designing and implementing organizational and leadership development solutions in a variety of different industries. She is adept at creating customized solutions and collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large scale projects to ensure that her clients ultimately achieve their strategic objectives. She is passionate about and known for her work in the areas of leadership development, advancing women leaders, and inclusive leadership with clients from around the world.
Andrea Smalling
Andrea joined WineDirect in January 2021 and brings to WineDirect over 25 years of experience in the wine and hospitality businesses. She has a deep love for DTC and especially enjoys helping wine companies find creative ways to maximize their results.
After beginning her career in Toronto with Procter & Gamble, Andrea moved to California to join Gallo Winery, and has since worked in senior marketing positions for wineries including Constellation, Treasury Estates, Foley Family Wines, and Mark Anthony Group in British Columbia.
