Hospitality Virtual Job Fair
The Yountville Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with BANG Napa Valley, will host our 2nd Hospitality Career Fair on Thursday, April 22, from 12:15 – 1:30 on Zoom.
Do you have positions you are looking to fill? This is a great opportunity to reach a captive audience looking for jobs in hospitality in Napa and Sonoma Counties. At our July 2020 Job Fair, we had over 80 job seekers participate, resulting in multiple hires by member businesses.
If you are interested in participating in the Job Fair and presenting your positions, you can sign up with the link below.
As an employer, you will have 5 minutes to present about your company and the positions you are hiring for. We are asking that you put together a short 3-5 slide presentation that we can share during the event and send to the participants after the event.
In your presentation, please share the following information:
- Name of Company
- Location of Company
- Position Type (full time, part-time, seasonal, etc.)
- Title of Positions hiring for
- Experience required for each position
- Salary range
- Hiring time frame
- Why employees want to work for you!
- Contact information for interested applicants.

We will be connecting you with Wineries, Restaurants, and Hotels in Napa Valley seeking candidates for the 2021 season and beyond. Available positions range from bar backs/bussers to private wine hosts and VIP concierge services. This is your opportunity to explore what is out there right now! All attendees will receive contact information for hiring managers at the end of the event.
