Each Thursday, our social team posts a “What’s Happening In & Around Yountville” Stories recap. To be considered, tag @yountvilleca on Instagram when you share relevant content.

What to tag: experiences in or near Yountville; upcoming events; hospitality services; and products or offers that appeal to wine, food, and travel lovers. We prioritize timely, high-quality visuals and clear details (date, time, link/CTA).

Eligibility: Reshares are limited to current YCC members and include member Stories that tag @yountvilleca and member feed posts about events.

Donate Candy to the Boys & Girls Club Napa Valley at the Yountville Welcome Center through Oct 27th

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley are gearing up for their annual Halloween Carnival, welcoming over 2,700 kids across Napa and American Canyon. To help make these celebrations a success, candy donations are needed!

You can now drop off individually wrapped candy at the Yountville Welcome Center — we’ve added a candy bin to make donating easy. Donations will also be accepted through October 27 at the Napa Clubhouse (1515 Pueblo Ave, Napa) or the American Canyon Clubhouse (60 Benton Way, American Canyon).

Every contribution helps ensure local kids enjoy a safe, fun, and festive Halloween!

Celebrate Halloween on Washington Street between Madison and Pedroni in Yountville! From festive décor and live music to delicious bites and local business specials, it’s the perfect way to celebrate Halloween wine country–style. The fun kicks off at 3:00 p.m. and runs through 10:00 p.m., with the highlight of the night—the Dog Costume Contest—starting at 4:45 p.m. Bring your friends, your family, and even your furry trick-or-treaters for a spooktacular evening in Yountville! Napa Valley Vine Trail Opens the Vault!

Bid on once-in-a-lifetime wine experiences and rare Napa Valley vintages — all in support of the Vine Trail! From November 7–17, the Vine Trail Vault Online Auction will feature exclusive magnums, signed vintner collections, private dinners with acclaimed chefs like Ken Frank and Phillip Tessier, and more.

Support Napa Valley College’s New Wine & Hospitality Training Center

Napa Valley College is in the final phase of constructing its Wine & Hospitality Training Center, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to preparing the next generation of professionals in wine, hospitality, and tourism. With the exterior nearly complete, the College is just $1 million away from reaching its fundraising goal — and your name can be part of this landmark project.

Legacy Naming Opportunities begin at $5,000, with all gifts recognized on the Donor Wall in the Center’s Atrium. Naming commitments must be confirmed by November 7, 2025, to allow time for signage production. Pledges may be fulfilled over four years.

The Center will open in January 2026, serving as a dynamic space where students gain hands-on experience in the industries that define our region.
